The Lead Coordinator serves as the primary business contact for the prospective clients, and is responsible for setting appointments for our sales team. The LC is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, In addition, the LC should build relationships with prospective clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
