We are searching for multi-faceted and driven people to join our team as a Lead Coordinator.  This is a crucial role in our organization, so we are seeking only those candidates that are at the top of their game.

The Lead Coordinator serves as the primary business contact for the prospective clients, and is responsible for setting appointments for our sales team. The LC is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, In addition, the LC should build relationships with prospective clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

Responsibilities: 

  • Work really hard to identify qualified, prospective clients and develop loyal customer relationships via telephone, e-mail and social media within an assigned market.
  • Contribute to building our client base – utilizing your proven sales techniques including: Internet research, prospecting, probing, lead generation, cold calling and closing.
  • Utilize your closing skills to consistently persuade the prospective client into an appointment with sales staff.
  • Be dedicated to clearly present the prospective client with the key benefits of using our products and services, while also focusing on the prospective clients individual needs.
  • Build a greater understanding of company capabilities and products, and effectively communicates all offerings to the prospective client.
  • Not intimidated by the challenge of contacting top-level decision makers.
  • Be dedicated to a daily celebration of achievement.
  • Demonstrate drive, persistence and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to function independently in a team environment.

 

Results:

 

  • Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that closed transactions are profitable to minimum standards.
  • Provides regular communication with the prospective client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper expectations for full participation with prospective client.
  • Reports to the Sales Manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.

  • Phone Sales experience
  • Maryland Licensed Real Estate Agent *(A Plus But Not A Requirement)*
  • Ability to interact effectively with decision making individuals.
